Are you eligible? Keep the following in mind:

• Your 'act' must be ready-to-go. Although you don't need to already be successful, you must already have taken initial steps to get yourself going. For example:
  • If you're a model, you must have already worked with at least one photographer and done one modeling gig.
  • If you're a band, you must already have music and be playing shows.
  • If you're an actor, you must already have pictures and video clips of films you've been in.
  • In all cases, you must have tons of pictures.
  • In all cases, you must already have or be willing to get a social networking profile on myspace, facebook, hi-5, etc, add TONS of friends, and spend time directing them to your new website.
• You must also have the means and be willing to heavily promote your new website, and bring in tons of traffic. Some possible things could be:
  • Printing up business cards with your new website address on them, and handing them out to EVERYONE you see
  • Starting a dedicated profile on myspace, facebook, etc, adding TONS of friends, and encouraging them to visit your website
  • Already be actively pursuing your career and having a loyal fanbase or at least tons of contacts to tell about your website
  • Putting your new website URL on any promotional materials you may be handing out, such as fliers, resumes, portfolios, CDs, etc
• You must be willing to update your site often, including things like:
  • Adding blogs regularly.
  • Reguarly posting events, news.
  • Actively participating in your forums, and posting new topics often, even if no one else is active yet.
  • Logging into your chatroom and chatting with your visitors from time to time
  • Adding new pictures regularly
• If we do your site for you, but you then fail to update it regularly or drive traffic to it, we may decide to take it down. In this case, we may give you the option of keeping it up for a reasonable fee. If you are later able to update more frequently and drive more traffic to your site, we will most likely put your website back on "Free" status.

What features will my site have?

• Static pages like "About me", "Biography", or anything you want to write up.
• A "Latest News" page, complete with archive and RSS feed.
• An "Upcoming Events" page that allows visitors to view all your upcoming calendar events, as well as receive driving directions (where applicable), reminders, and an RSS feed.
• A "Blogs" page, complete with archive and RSS feed.
• A "Photo Gallery" page, sorted by albums.
• A dynamic Chatroom, where you and your visitors can chat.
• A Forum where you and your visitors can join in various discussions.

So, whats in it for SuperDuperDesigns.com?

• We will place a link to our web design company at the bottom of your website, encouraging your visitors to utilize us for their web design needs.
• We will also place small advertisements throughout your website, such as in blog entries, news entries, forum posts, etc, in an attempt to generate revenue. This revenue will go directly to SuperDuperDesigns.com.
• Thats it! Between those two things, the more traffic you get, the more worthwhile your project is for us. You get an awesome website, and we get a little revenue and exposure. Its a win-win situation!

How to proceed

• Your full name, contact information, and a short description/biography of what you do and why you should be hosted.
• A description of what you're already doing to further your career, how you plan to bring visitors to your new website, and links to any profiles you already have on myspace, facebook, etc.
• Links to where we can view your pictures, and any applicable video clips or other noteworthy material.
• Your promise that you have read through this entire page and plan to put 100% focus and dedication into your new website.
